What is Better Beginnings Better Futures (BBBF)?
BBBF is a community-based program that provides supports and services for parents and caregivers with children 0 to 5 years of age and pregnant women living in the Heatherington/Albion/Ledbury/Fairlea neighbourhoods of South-East Ottawa. BBBF is a program of the South-East Ottawa Community Health Centre.
All programs are free.

When is BBBF open?
The Community House is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4: 30 pm, Monday through Friday.
The Clothing Bank is open Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Bread is given out at the Community House on Fridays at 12:30.
Playgroup is open Monday and Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and on Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
BBBF provides a scent-free environment. Please do not wear perfumed or scented products as some people have environmental sensitivities.
